The Parc at Edwards Mill will offer 44 one-car garage townhomes in a prime Raleigh location 1 mile from Crabtree Valley Mall and Starling Woods will be a neighborhood of 38 single-family homes located 4 miles from Duke University Hospital in Durham, NC.
