Beazer Homes announced today that it acquired several Raleigh communities from Bill Clark Homes. Bill Clark Homes is a leading private homebuilder in the Carolinas. Over 450 lots were purchased, and are incorporated into the existing operations in the Triangle area.
“This acquisition allows us to accelerate our growth in two existing markets, with an immediate contribution to both profitability and return on assets and no increase in leverage,” said Allan Merrill, President and CEO of Beazer Homes. “In addition to adding the new communities, we are pleased to welcome a number of new sales and construction colleagues who will enable us to pursue additional growth in Raleigh and Myrtle Beach in the years ahead.”
Beazer has a strong local presence in the Triangle area already. Headquartered in Atlanta, Beazer is one of the country’s largest single-family homebuilders. All of their homes are ENERGY STAR Certified, and are flexible in their design to build to your preferences. They have communities all across the country.
Their community Wildwood, in Holly Springs, has over five different home designs to choose from – each with a given two-car garage. Starting in the $300s, this community is in the perfect location. Holly Springs is growing everyday, in the midst of an amazing school district, and is right near tons of amazing retail and restaurant options.
Beazer has also recently built their Peak 502 community, which features both townhomes and single family homes in the very popular Apex area. Recently named the best place to live in America, Apex is conveniently located just minutes away from Publix, and Beaver Creek Commons. Priced from the low $400s, this community with a pool is perfect for a variety of needs.
