Welcome to Raleigh!

If you want to be in one of the world’s top destinations, then Raleigh is the city for you. The state’s capital consistently ranks at the top of “the best of” lists and boasts an impressive food scene with endless things to do. Good job opportunities abound in Raleigh. In fact, Glassdoor recently named the city as the No. 1 Best City for Jobs, with companies such as IBM, Cisco, and SAS located in the area.

Raleigh is one of the South’s Top 10 Tastiest Towns according to Southern Living Magazine, with places such as Bida Manda, Lilly’s Pizza, and MoJoes Burger Bar populating the area. With more than 1,200 restaurants in the area, you’ll always be able to try something new.

North Carolina State University is located in the heart of Raleigh, with one of the most well-known engineering programs in the Southeast.

Get active when living in Raleigh by biking the Neuse River Trail or look forward to the bike-share program that’s coming to the area in 2017. Check out the State Fair that attracts thousands every fall for family fun.

With a variety of designs in the layouts all over the Raleigh area, the housing market stays hot.

Inside the Beltline (ITB) is known for being a bit pricier than Outside the Beltline (OTB) when it comes to housing in Raleigh due to location. If you’d like to be close to all of the action downtown, check out Oakdale at Mordecai which sits in the Historic Oakdale district. The Wade is also an exciting condominium unit that will be within walking distance of Cameron Village.

North Raleigh has some beautiful homes that are close to PNC Arena and North Hills Shopping Center such as at Brookhaven.
