In light of COVID-19, it’s nice to have something to look forward to. And what better than the annual Parade of Homes? If you’re seeking design and architectural inspiration, you won’t want to miss out on the 2020 Parade of Homes, where you can find some of the Triangle area’s most incredible homes on display this weekend from October 2-4 and again from October 9-11.

This annual, free tour is the ideal opportunity to check out some of the latest and greatest communities in the Raleigh-Durham area. New Homes & Ideas Magazine is proud to have many builders and communities represented in our magazine as part of the parade year after year, and 2020 is no different. Whether you’re interested in buying, or simply just love the thrill of walking through a perfectly decorated home, the Parade of Homes awaits. Find your next floor plan, community, decor, or even new technology that will inspire you to act.

No matter where you’re located in the Triangle, we’ve got gorgeous houses in every city that you can view this weekend. As a publication, we take great pride in being able to represent master-planned communities, up-and-coming builders, well-known builders and everything in between. Homes on the tour this year range from 800 square feet all the way up to 9,000 square feet, featuring floor plans with two to five bedrooms. With hundreds of homes to tour, you’ll have no problem planning your personal parade this year. Please keep in mind that amidst COVID-19-related restrictions, it’s best to check ahead of your visit to ensure that the home you’re seeking to visit is open to the public.

Below, you can find a list of all of the communities currently represented as a part of New Homes & Ideas with homes that you can visit over the next two weekends. Happy parading!
