JODI: Hello, and welcome to Triangle Home Front, where we bring you the latest in new homes, new home communities and local home trends across the Triangle area here in North Carolina. I’m your host, Jodi Sauerbier and with me I have Blair Callahan.

BLAIR: And we’re with New Homes & Ideas Magazine, and today we’re introducing you to the Townes at Brier Creek Crossing by Pulte Homes, here in the Raleigh-Durham area.

The community is slated to finish construction around the middle of 2016.  There will be 216 homes total; 121 will be 2-car garage townhomes and 95 will be 1-car garage townhomes.

The community has a great array of included features with things like stainless steel Whirlpool kitchen appliances, granite countertops, hardwood foyers, 5’ oversized owner’s shower, and many more.  With the design center onsite, buyers have the opportunity to easily upgrade to numerous colors and sizes of hardwoods, different granite levels, multiple backsplash choices and natural gas fireplaces.

The Townes at Brier Creek Crossings does have an HOA and the monthly dues are $123.  This is a very reasonable amount considering the great benefits you receive, including lawn maintenance, common ground maintenance, salt water pool upkeep, trash/recycling curbside pick-up, and termite inspection and treatment periodically.

Pulte Homes offers one of the most comprehensive and reassuring warranties in the new home building business. Their warranty is a four part warranty with the following timeframes:  1 year workmanship (e.g. nail pops, home settling, etc.), 2 year mechanical (e.g. plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems), 5 year water infiltration (certain door and window protection), 10 year structural (foundation and framing).

The Townes at Brier Creek Crossings is close to everything a buyer could need, from shopping at Kohl’s and Target to dining at Panera or Braso. WakeMed Healthplex is less than 5 minutes away and the Raleigh/Durham airport is less than 15 minutes away.  The Townes at Brier Creek Crossings really is one of the most convenient communities in the Triangle.
