The first phase of Andrews Chapel will introduce four innovative new townhome designs expected to range in size from 1,600 to over 2,400 sq. ft. All have at least 3 bedrooms and baths and one and two car garage plans will be available. Homeowners may choose from features such as first floor owner’s suite or guest suites, optional 3rd floor bonus room and screened porches.
Sales of single-family homes in the community are expected to begin this fall. Plans include homes from 2,400 to over 3,100 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms, and entertaining space that includes kitchens open to dining and great rooms. Owner’s suites include with luxury baths, and the collection also includes well-designed lofts, bonus rooms, expandable 3rd floor bonus areas, guest suites and screened porches.
