Homes by Dickerson won 2 gold awards, 4 silver, and 1 bronze award at the 2015 Parade of Homes, as well as 3 perfect scores. This is no small accomplishment for the local custom builder, who entered 10 homes in the 2015 Parade (3 for the Durham, Orange and Chatham county event and 7 submissions for Wake county).

Months of hard work and attention to detail paid off when the Fairfield in Sunset Bluffs in Fuquay Varina was announced as the gold winner with 2 perfect scores in its category. Also endowed with a gold award and a perfect score was the Haywood in Haywood in Raleigh for its custom trim and painted brick interior details. The Bristol in Madison in Apex and the Oberlin in Wendell Falls in Wendell brought home silver awards for their floorplan design detail and quality craftsmanship.

“We are extremely proud of our entries and our exceptional team who built them,” said Brant Chesson, president and CEO of Homes by Dickerson. “We value these awards because they highlight the commitment we give to each of our homes. Also, we are in awe of the amazing talent and product of our competition and excited to be in the same playing field.”
