This art festival not only has local talent, but lets YOU participate. Happening all weekend, SPARKcon features an eclectic group of artists that take over all of downtown Raleigh. It’s sponsored by the Visual Art Exchange, and showcases hundreds of local artists. There will be exhibits, interactive exhibits (kids welcome, too), performances, and more.
